According to a report from the Missouri Highway Patrol, a 2004 Ford F150 was traveling northbound on Route OO, south of Route F, just before 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday when the car veered off the left side of the road and struck a tree.
The driver of the car, a 28-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene. The two passengers in the car, a 4-year-old boy and a 6-year-old boy, were later pronounced dead at an area hospital.
The crash was investigated by MSHP Troop C.
